Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, MOAB may be taken 2-3 times daily. To assess tolerance, being use by taking 1-2 caplets, 2-3 times daily. The first dose should be taken in the AM before breakfast; the second dose before lunch and the final dose before dinner. Very experienced users may take 3-4 caplets, 2-3 times daily. Do not exceed recommended dose.
Cycle Info: Use for 2-3 months before taking a 1 month off cycle. Pyramid dose by tapering at the beginning and end of your cycle.
